Cancellation policy
Effective 5 September 2026
1 Before packing
Cancellation requests submitted through Track & Support before the order enters packing may be cancelled with a full refund to the original payment method.
2 After dispatch
Once a shipping label is generated, cancellation is usually not possible. You may refuse delivery at the door; return freight and handling costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
3 COD standing
Repeated COD refusals without valid reason may result in temporary suspension of Cash on Delivery privileges on your account.
4 Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Settlement to your bank or UPI wallet depends on your payment provider’s timelines.
