Shipping policy

1 Serviceable areas

We dispatch HSN 1209 sowing seeds — vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-planting varieties to PIN codes served by our courier partners across India. Unserviceable or remote PIN codes are flagged during checkout before payment.

2 Packing

• Seeds are sealed in moisture-barrier foil sachets to protect germination quality.
• Shipments to high-temperature zones may include gel packs during peak summer months.
• Each carton is labelled with variety, quantity, and basic handling notes.

3 Dispatch timing

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on working days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) typically leave within 24–48 hours. Festival peaks may add one processing day.

4 Shipping fees

• Prepaid orders: complimentary standard shipping on serviceable routes unless a remote surcharge is shown at checkout.
• COD orders: ₹49 handling fee plus any remote-area surcharge displayed before confirmation.

5 Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Failed attempts due to buyer unavailability may require re-dispatch; additional charges may apply for perishable seed goods held beyond the hub window.
